At Rise10, we value referrals and believe in rewarding those who introduce new hiring clients to us.

Rewarding your referrals.

Introduce Rise10 to a business that is recruiting, and you’ll receive a reward of £500 when we successfully fill the vacancy, redeemable in one of the following ways:

  • Vouchers of your choice
  • A charity donation of your choice
  • £500 off your next invoice when you recruit with us

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • The referrer must introduce a new hiring client to Rise10 by providing their details and obtaining their consent for us to contact them.
  • The referred client must not be an existing or previously engaged client of Rise10

Reward Conditions

  • The referral reward is only applicable if the referred client hires a candidate through Rise10, and the candidate successfully completes the first 4 weeks of employment.
  • The reward applies to the first successfully placed vacancy only. Any additional vacancies from the referred client will not qualify for further rewards.
  • The recruitment fee charged to the client must be a minimum of £3,500 +VAT.

Reward Payment

  • Rewards will be issued after the candidate has completed their first 4 weeks of employment and the client has paid all relevant recruitment fees.
  • If you choose vouchers, it is your responsibility to declare the reward to HMRC if required.
  • Charity donations will be made directly to the selected registered charity.
  • If you opt for the invoice discount, it will be applied to your next recruitment invoice with Rise10.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Self-referrals (referring your own company) are not eligible.
  • If multiple people refer the same client, the reward will go to the first verified referral received by Rise10.
  • Rise10 reserves the right to amend or withdraw this initiative at any time without prior notice.
